NOTICE OF PROPOSALS FOR 2006-07 SEASON
***UPDATE: At the AGM, Motions 3 & 4 were approved and will be new rules for the 2006-07 season. Motions 1 & 2 were not approved.***
Below are the notices of motion which have been submitted for the AGM held on Friday 7th July at Fulford Club. It is important that a concensus of opinion is obtained from the respective Team players as major changes are proposed. Also it may be considered necessary that team captains / players attend the AGM to participate in the general discussions about these proposals.
Kindly note that the rules only allow two votes per club unless there is only one representative from any club, in which case only one vote is allowed. Furthermore, the Chairman does not have a vote unless a ballot is tied, in which case he has the casting vote.
